Inspired by Aristotle’s concept of human flourishing, I believe that living well involves developing an understanding of our values and virtues and using them as guides toward a more authentic life. At the same time, I believe that every person’s lived experience is unique, and that acknowledging and honoring these differences is essential to meaningful growth and psychological flexibility.

We don’t have to become a perfect version of ourselves to become the best version of ourselves. Ongoing growth allows us to pause, reflect, and ask whether the direction we’re heading is truly where we want to go. My clinical practice draws primarily from Existential therapy and harm-reduction strategies. Rather than focusing only on what’s “wrong,” I will work alongside you to explore questions of meaning, freedom, identity, and how you choose to live.

I believe that understanding ourselves also means making room for mistakes, uncertainty, and experiences we may wish had gone differently. Together, we can explore what happened, what you learned from it, and how that understanding can inform the choices you make moving forward. Healing starts with acknowledging all aspects of ourselves—the good, the difficult, and everything in between—with curiosity and compassion and I’m here to help you along the way.
