Instead, you’ll find natural light, calming tones, and spaces that invite stillness. A place where you can truly relax, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Our Chicago therapy space is designed to remind you that care can feel beautiful, intentional, and human. In addition to in-person sessions, we also offer virtual therapy for adults throughout Illinois.

Our team is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. Some clinicians also accept UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Aetna based on availability. Provide your insurance details when scheduling and we will help coordinate an in-network match when possible. If you choose an out-of-network provider, self-pay is available and we supply a superbill for potential reimbursement. A courtesy benefits check is completed before your first session, though final costs depend on your individual plan. Payment is due at each appointment.

Sessions are available at our River West office in Chicago as well as through secure virtual therapy across Illinois. You may select the format that works best or alternate as needed.
