Our Chicago therapy space is designed to remind you that care can feel beautiful, intentional, and human. In addition to in-person sessions, we also offer virtual therapy for adults throughout Illinois.

Yes. We don't pathologize you for struggling with impossible standards. Sessions for individuals and couples are scheduled for 55 minutes. That time is set aside solely for you, giving enough space to dig into what matters while still feeling contained and intentional.

There is no special preparation required. You can arrive with a clear concern, a general sense of feeling stuck, or simply curiosity about yourself. We will take it from there together.

Yes. What you share remains private, aside from specific legal requirements related to safety. At the start of your work, your therapist will walk through those limits so you know exactly how confidentiality is handled.

Your growth doesn't require their permission or understanding. Some clients share that they're in therapy, others keep it private. Either is fine. What often happens: as you change, the people around you respond to that shift—sometimes with curiosity, sometimes with resistance. We help you navigate those dynamics.

There is no threshold you must meet. Some women begin when life feels unmanageable, while others start when they sense subtle dissatisfaction or disconnection. Therapy can be preventative, restorative, or growth-oriented.

Our clinicians are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans, and some also accept UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, or Aetna depending on the provider. If you share your insurance details when booking, we will help coordinate care accordingly. For out-of-network services, self-pay is available and we provide documentation for possible reimbursement. We offer a benefits check before your first session, though final responsibility depends on your individual plan. Payment is collected at the time of each appointment.

You may meet with us at our River West location in Chicago or choose secure virtual sessions available throughout Illinois. Some clients stay with one format, while others move between both as their schedules shift.
