As someone who loves reading, I conceptualize therapy as an opportunity for one to truly dive into their story. I believe that we are all social beings, meaning that our lived experiences inform how we view ourselves, others, and the world. I view each client’s journey with curiosity, compassion, and respect. Together, we’ll explore how your life experiences, relationships, and environment have shaped the way you see yourself, others, and the world around you.

I believe that the therapeutic alliance serves as a space for restorative healing. My hope is that all clients obtain an authentic, embodied sense of self and a story that truly feels like theirs.

My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based modalities. With my warm presence and eclectic counseling approach, I commit to creating a safe and comfortable space for clients to engage collaboratively in their mental health journey
