Identity Exploration & Self-Understanding Trauma & Healing from Past Experiences Family Dynamics & Relational Patterns Relationships, Attachment & Boundaries Self-Worth & Inner Criticism Anxiety & Emotional Regulation Women’s Issues

I firmly believe that every individual already possesses an innate capacity for healing and wholeness. My role as a therapist is not to fix, direct, or to change clients, but to collaboratively explore the protective parts that developed to help them survive, while creating space for their authentic self to emerge.

My work is especially focused on supporting women navigating identity exploration, life transitions, and relational or family dynamics. I am particularly passionate about working with clients who struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from their own needs and sense of self. Together, we explore patterns shaped by attachment wounds, family systems, and past experiences while working toward stronger boundaries, greater self-trust, and a more compassionate relationship with oneself.

My approach to therapy is grounded in a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. I believe healing happens within a space of trust, authenticity, and genuine connection. Using a person-centered and trauma-informed lens, I aim to create an environment where all parts of an individual feel welcomed, respected, and understood. Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and paced according to each client’s readiness and goals.

I often incorporate IFS-informed parts work to help clients understand the different “parts” of themselves that developed to cope, protect, or survive. Rather than trying to eliminate these parts, we work to understand their purpose and gently soften the patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, relational struggles, or diminished self-worth. I view therapy holistically, recognizing that emotional healing is deeply connected to relationships, identity, values, and overall well-being. My hope is to support clients in developing greater self-understanding, self-trust, and alignment with the version of themselves that already exists beneath protective patterns — fostering a deeper sense of confidence, clarity, and inner steadiness both within and beyond the therapy room.

I am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University in Chicago. My background includes community-based mental health experience with True North Counseling Services in Missouri, where I developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed, relational care with diverse client populations. I am currently working under the supervision of therapist Yvette Estrada, LCSW
