Areas of Focus
Hello, my name is Amy, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a social worker for 25 years, and I still love what I do. I work with adults, young adults and couples, and I welcome the LGBTQIA+ community.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, lost, stuck, sad or anxious, I can help you sort through your feelings, find the words, and create clarity where there was once chaos.
Over 25 years I have sat with people living with ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic medical conditions and bipolar disorder. I have also spent much of my career in places that are hard on the heart, walking alongside people through serious illness, grief and loss. That work taught me how to stay present when life is at its most tender.
I am here to walk with you on your journey, wherever it takes us.
