Areas of Focus
Whether you are starting therapy for the first time or returning after a pause, you are making an investment in yourself. That said, I understand the process can bring a wave of emotions, which is why it is of the utmost importance to me to create a safe and affirming space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. I truly believe an authentic therapeutic relationship provides the foundation for lasting healing.
I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation and college students who are navigating a new phase of life. I am particularly passionate about working with clients who struggle with substance use disorders and strive to hold healing and compassionate space throughout the therapeutic process.
Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients care for their emotional needs and navigate overwhelming feelings. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you feel seen and supported as we work together to understand and regulate your nervous system. With a strengths-based focus, I aim to guide you in exploring and reshaping patterns of thought and behavior that may no longer serve you. By gaining insight into these patterns, you can begin to cultivate self-acceptance and meaningful change.
I hold great respect for my clients and the courage it takes to heal, and I’m honored to be part of that process.
