Areas of Focus
My experience includes assisting individuals with histories of trauma, mood disorders, and individuals with complex family dynamics. I often hear from clients I work with that they are not living in congruence to their true essence and that they are wanting to feel differently. My role as a therapist is to help my clients to recover their true sense of self by learning to make healthier choices, and to improve the relationship with themselves.
My therapeutic style is calming yet challenging, dynamic, and conversational. I lean heavily on intuition cultivation.
I enjoy learning as much from my clients as they do from me.
