After booking, you'll receive a secure link to join your session. Sessions are held on a HIPAA-compliant platform, so no downloads are needed. Find a quiet, private spot and you're ready to go.

Individual and couples sessions are 55 minutes. This focused time gives you space to make real progress, reflect intentionally, and leave with clarity about your next steps.

Your sessions are private, with a few legally required exceptions, such as situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others. Your therapist will clearly explain these limits so you understand how confidentiality works from the start.

Come as you are. Find a comfortable, private space where you won't be interrupted. Bring your questions and whatever feels present for you. There's nothing to prepare ahead of time.

Our entire team is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. Some clinicians are also in-network with UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Aetna, depending on availability. Share your insurance information when booking and we will match you with an in-network provider when possible. If you choose an out-of-network therapist, self-pay is available and we provide a superbill for reimbursement. We perform a courtesy benefits check before your first appointment, though final costs depend on your deductible, copay, coinsurance, and any visit limits. Payment is due at the time of service.
