My therapeutic style is relational, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection. I approach therapy through a relational-cultural lens, which means I prioritize mutual empathy, authenticity, and the healing power of the therapeutic relationship—especially for individuals navigating trauma, identity development, and life transitions.

My work is especially focused on supporting women experiencing life transitions, individuals exploring self-love and self-trust, and those learning to reparent themselves after emotionally neglectful or invalidating early experiences. I am particularly drawn to working with clients who feel disconnected and who are ready to cultivate a more nurturing and empowered relationship with themselves.

I believe individuals are reflective by nature—and find meaning in understanding their inner world and clarifying their values, patterns, and goals. I strive to co-create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and deeply heard. Many of the struggles we face are rooted in disconnection—whether from others, from ourselves, or from our stories—and I aim to support clients in reclaiming a sense of connection and agency.

Alongside a relational-cultural foundation, I also draw on trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral tools, and mindfulness practices.

I’m currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University in Chicago, and my background includes several years working in community-based mental health with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) in Seattle, where I provided crisis support, peer education, and advocacy..
